Staying fit through the holidays

It all seems to start around Halloween; mainly around the office and workplaces throughout the country. A little candy dish here and there; donuts and bagels on Friday to celebrate the end of the week and again on Mondays to get the work week off with a sugary blast. In between the week the closer we get to Thanksgiving (as well as after Turkey Day) the beloved potlucks with fares from Argentina to Zimbabwe, but nothing that fits in your nutritional plan, so you partake, and now guilt sets in.
