Healthy tips

  • Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care

  • Avoid close contact when people are sick

  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue and then throw the tissue in the trash

  • Use the wet wipes and spray cleaners available at the studio to sanitize all equipment that you get in contact with

  • Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds specially after working out, going to the bathroom, blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Multiple cleaning and sanitizing dispensers are available inside the workout rooms and common areas throughout the studio.

Action plan

  • True Cycling Studio prides itself on maintaining very high sanitary and cleanness standards. Nevertheless we’re following recommendations from the Harford County Health Department in taking extra safety measures.

  • Enhanced cleaning procedures are being implemented in the sanitation of workout rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure our customers can exercise in a clean, safe environment.

We will continue to follow the necessary steps to keep our customers and staff safe during the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation.
